Heeton Hotels - Social Media

Nibble Media launched a effective social media campaign for Heeton Hotels as we looked to increase their following and use their Facebook, Twitter, Instagram and LinkedIn profile as a hub to inform their audience and interact with customers. Our work with Heeton Hotels did an excellent job of improving their brand reputation and closing the gap between the business and their community.

• We produced high-quality visual content that included graphics, videos and images that was relevant to Heeton Hotels' brand and customer base, such as posts and stories related to current deals and nearby places to visit (Royal Albert Hall, M&S Bank Arena and Hyde Park). We also produced creative captions that were straight to the point but still informative and also relevant to each platform. Our consistent and visually appealing posts engaged the audience and successfully promoted their brand.

• We frequently engaged with the client's followers through responding to comments, messages and reviews to build a strong community and improved customer service.
